The National Budget Framework paper for FY2O25/26-2029/2030 was submitted to Parliament and laid on the 19th of December 2024 accompanied with the Certificate of Gender and Equity Responsiveness and the Certificate of Climate Change Responsiveness.

The Committee observes that the National Budget Framework Paper was presented to Parliament in line with Section 9(5), 9(6a) and 9(6b) of the PFMA, 2015 and Section 30(b) of the National Climate Change Act 2021.
